Gatsby and Nick do have some similarities. In the book when either one of them are being talked about, they are never alone so that makes me think that they both like to be around other people. They both like going to parties or for Gatsby hosting parties. But they are very different to in some ways for example Gatsby likes going all out and spending money where as Nick likes the simple things.
